Not only eye catching, it holds flavor in summer heat, scoring in the top in our mid summer trials. Flavor maintains sweet butteriness with great crunch. Its look is dramatic due to its deep burgundy red savoyed leaves with pointed tips that fade in the bright lime green centers. Lime green ribs radiate out from the base cutting through the deep red.
