If you love eggplant and are struggling to grow it in your region, this one is for you! In our 2023 trial, Apple Green stood out for being very early maturing and once it started to produce, it never slowed down for the whole season. A “granny smith apple” green eggplant, it produces loads of 3” oval fruits. Developed in 1964 at the University of New Hampshire by legendary plant breeder Elwyn Meader. 70-80 days to maturity.
