An annual flower in the mint family that produces bright green floral spikes. The 2-3 foot spikes are covered with bright green “bell” shaped bracts, with small toothed leaves along the square stems. This unique plant is native to western Asia and works great as a cut flower. It grows well in cool climates and should be sown in the fall or early spring. Has a unique almost piney scent. Easy to dry for arrangements.
