This truly divine variety has been a favorite of our farmers market customers for years. It is a large emerald green butterhead with a blanched heart. It is a sturdy butterhead with a great texture making it great for farmers markets and lettuce wraps.  We further confirmed our love for this variety when it rose as the star for bolt resistance in our 2019 butterhead field trial. (~800 Seeds/ gram)
