An evolving gene pool of five different quinoas that we have been selecting for 10+ years. In fall it provides a fantastic show of colors ranging from dusky purples and oranges to neon pink. An average year produces waist-height plants. Productive with large (for quinoa) white seeds. We have been selecting mid-size plants to reduce lodging. Young leaves are delicious when added to salad greens. Good green for warm season production.
