Kosodeguri Extra Early has proven to be a very early maturing soybean that produces an abundance of pods with jade green seeds. Eaten fresh as edamame we have found it to be so much more flavorful than any other edamame we have ever had, with an complex nutty flavor. Our dear friend who has three small children said that her kids couldn’t get enough. Such a simple healthy treat! 65 days to maturity for edamame. 90 days for dry beans.
