Produces an abundance of red sombrero-shaped blooms on plants that are 18″ wide and grow 15-24″ tall plants. This perennial wildflower is very drought tolerant and brings quirky flair to the garden or low-water border areas. Tolerates poor soil conditions though not recommended for overly wet clay areas. Attracts native pollinators to the garden and is resistant to deer browsing.
