This sunny orange pepper was a stand out in our field trials for its rich sweet flavor and amazing production. Produces thin walled wavy fruits with 1-2 inch wide shoulders that are 4-5” long. An heirloom from the Provence region of France. Once it starts to ripen you are sure to enjoy snacking on them in the garden and they are a delicious, easy addition to sautés. Good to freeze or dry for your winter enjoyment.
