The Pointy Kiabi #1 pepper produces abundant red peppers with good flavor for fresh eating but really shines when dried and ground into paprika. The powder has an outstanding rich sweet flavor and an addicting aroma, warranting it a must grow staple for our kitchen spice cabinet. We are addicted! It is one of the only peppers to turn by hands orange when we extract the seeds by hand. I can only imagine that is due to its high beta carotene content. Early to mature. At full maturity develops lines on the skin. Bulgarian heirloom.  70 days to maturity. Bulk available.
