Roulette Coreopsis

Coreopsis tinctoria

Annual | Wildflower | Cut Flower

Roulette’s sprawling luxuriant bushes are covered in mahogany semi-doubled blooms with contrasting curled gold interior petals. These 4′ tall plants create a carefree spray of red blooms and deep shimmering purple buds at home in a wildflower garden scape. A selection from the native tinctoria these plants have the same hardiness. Easy to grow and will self-sow with abandon. Drought and cold-tolerant, they will be covered in blooms all summer long. They make a great filler in flower bouquets and attract butterflies and other pollinators to the garden. One additional perk – they are not favored by deer. We especially enjoy adding their buds to our bouquets.
