This fantastic wonder of a bean is iridescent hot pink, productive, and great tasting! It produces a ton of flat, sweet but complex flavored pods that average 6 inches in length. It was given to us by a friend years ago, but we have recently found out that it was discovered in a field by an apprentice at Salt Spring Seeds, thank you Tanya for seeing this wonder in the field and saving it!
