Sorghum bicolor

Popping Type | Drought Tolerant | 105 Days to Maturity

A cane sorghum that grows 7-9 feet tall with 3-6 tillers. It is a popping sorghum producing blonde seeds. The origin of this variety is unknown to us though we think it may have originated in Northern Mexico regions coming from the Tepehuán people indigenous to that area.

Sorghum is an important crop in semi-arid and arid regions. It tolerates drought, heat, and saline soils. (Center of origin: Africa)
