A mild, rich, and fruity chili pepper that melds perfectly with cheese. Superior in our opinion to green bell peppers as they are never watery with a deep green color. Has a plethora of uses both fresh and dried, and rich traditional uses in Mexican cuisine. Has a mild heat but if you don’t want any heat you can easily remove the veins. We are continually selecting this one for early maturity and production in our cool short season climate.

Plants grow to be 3 feet and are covered with deep green, pointed fruits. This variety benefits from staking or trellising.
