Golden Giant amaranth has massive plumes of golden-bronze atop golden stocks 6 to 7 feet tall. They are both a source of beauty and nutritious food. These plants often produce one pound of grain per plant. Amaranth, though not a true grain, can be used as a high protein grain alternative or in combination to add diversity to our diet. Great added into cereals, pancake mix, or cooked on its own.
